How you get an account
Vigilis accounts are invite-only. Here are the two ways you get access, what the Accept invite email does, and the one-time legal agreement at sign-up.
Vigilis accounts are invite-only. There’s no open public sign-up page you fill out on your own. You’ll get access one of two ways.
Invited directly by your provider or a colleague
Someone at your company (an organization admin) or your provider sends you an email with an Accept invite link. Click it, set a password (or choose a passkey/social sign-in if offered), and you’re in.
From there, see Signing in and securing your account. Once you’re in, Managing your profile walks through your account settings, notification preferences, and how to find your Support ID.
Through a company-wide setup (“onboarding”)
If your company is the one setting up Vigilis for the first time, the person who signs up walks through a short setup wizard before inviting the rest of the team. See The onboarding wizard.
The one-time legal agreement
The very first time you (or anyone at your company) create an account, you’ll be asked to accept a short legal agreement, with links to the relevant terms, as part of account creation. This is a one-time step.
If your invite doesn’t work
Because sign-up is invite-only, creating a second account under your email won’t work. If a link is expired or invalid, ask whoever sent it to resend it, or see Common problems.
