The dashboard
Your Vigilis home page after sign-in, with the All and Mine scope toggle, KPI cards, spend and anomaly widgets, and the critical breakdown.
The dashboard at /dashboard is where you land after you sign in. It gives you a quick read on your organization’s spend, services, and open work, with links into the areas that need attention.
All vs Mine
A scope toggle sits at the top of the page. It opens on All, which shows the whole organization. Switch to Mine to narrow the ticket and task cards to items you own. The rest of the page, such as spend and inventory counts, stays the same; the toggle is there to help you focus on your own queue.
KPI cards
Across the top are the KPI cards. Each one is a link, with a small sparkline and a trend against the prior period, so you can see both the current number and which way it is moving:
- Critical shows only when there is something critical to surface. When it appears, it is your cue to look at the critical breakdown below.
- Locations counts your physical sites.
- Services counts the services in your inventory.
- Invoices counts invoices this month.
- Open Tickets counts tickets that are still open.
- Pending Tasks counts tasks still to do.

Widgets
Below the cards are the dashboard widgets:
- Open anomalies: billing discrepancies Vigilis has detected, each with a severity. For the full list and what each one means, see Anomalies and alerts.
- Expiring contracts: the next five contracts to expire. See Contracts for the full record.
- Monthly spend: your trailing twelve months of spend.
- Spend by provider: your year-to-date spend, broken out by provider.
- Recent activity: a running feed of what has changed across your organization.
The critical breakdown
The Critical card links to /dashboard/critical, which breaks out the three things that need a response:
- Overdue tasks that are past their due date.
- High-severity alerts, which link through to the Anomalies page. For more on how these are detected, see Anomalies and alerts.
- Failed bills that did not process cleanly.
If nothing is critical, neither the card nor this view has anything to show.
If you are not linked to an organization
If your account is not yet linked to an organization, the dashboard has no data to display. Instead it tells you to ask an administrator at your company to invite you. Once you are invited and your account is linked, the cards and widgets fill in automatically.
