The Reports Hub

The Reports Hub at /reports catalogs every report your plan includes, from Service Cost to AI Reports and the Pivot Table. Admin-only and plan-gated.

The Reports Hub at /reports is the starting point for reporting across your telecom spend and inventory. Reports availability depends on your plan and requires an admin role, so depending on your plan and role you may not see this section. If Reports is missing from your sidebar, ask your provider.

What the hub is

/reports is a catalog of every report your organization can run, organized by category. A report your plan does not include shows as a disabled card rather than disappearing, so you can see what exists and ask your provider about adding it.

Financial and cost reports

  • Service Cost. Recurring and one-time cost per service.
  • Account Trending. Spend by billing account over a trailing 13 months.
  • GL / Cost Center. Cost by GL code and cost center. Anything unassigned rolls into an “Unmapped” row. This report needs the cost-centers plan feature.
  • Top Spend by Provider and Top Spend by Category. Your biggest vendors and service categories, each with a drilldown.
  • Service Category Breakdown. Spend split across your service categories.
  • Budget. Actual spend against a budget you set, with a forecast.

See financial reports for the detail on these, and budgets, GL codes and cost centers for setting budgets and codes up.

Inventory and invoice reports

  • Inventory Activity and Inventory Trending. Service changes over time and additions versus disconnects.
  • Recurring Services Bill. Average monthly cost per service.
  • Expiring & Lifecycle. Services approaching contract end and recent disconnects.
  • Invoices Not Received. Committed accounts missing an expected bill.
  • Invoice Extraction Quality. How completely your invoices are read and matched. Shown only if your provider makes it customer-visible.

See inventory and invoice reports for the detail.

AI Reports, Pivot Table, and the builder

These live in the Reports section and follow the same gate: they need the Reports feature and an admin role.

  • AI Reports (/reports/ai) are an AI-written monthly narrative of your spend and activity. An admin generates them, anyone with access can read them, and you can export to PDF.
  • Pivot Table (/reports/pivot) is an interactive pivot over your invoice line items, sliced by period, provider, client, category, cost center, GL code, and more.
  • Custom Report Builder (/reports/builder) lets you pick an entity, columns, filters, and grouping. It is still being expanded, so treat it as a work in progress.

Exporting

Every report exports to CSV. Many also produce a PDF where that is wired up. Use the export control on the report page.

Common questions

Why is a report card greyed out or disabled?
That report is not included on your current plan, so it shows as a disabled card rather than disappearing. Ask your provider about adding it.
Can I schedule a report to be emailed to me on a regular basis?
Not from a report today. For a recurring summary email, opt in to the weekly digest instead, which lands every Monday morning.
Who can open the Reports section?
Reports availability depends on your plan and requires an admin role. If you are a member and need a report, ask an admin in your organization to run it.
