Service Cost, Account Trending over a trailing 13 months, Top Spend by Provider and Category, and the Service Category Breakdown. Admin-only and plan-gated.
Financial reports cover spend and cost-allocation reporting across your telecom accounts. They are part of the Reports section, so availability depends on your plan and requires an admin role. Depending on your plan and role you may not see them; if so, ask your provider.
The reports
- Service Cost. Recurring and one-time cost per service, so you can see the full cost of any single service in one place.
- Account Trending. Spend by billing account over a trailing 13 months. The extra month lets you line up the current month against the same month a year ago.
- Top Spend by Provider. Your biggest-spend vendors, ranked, each with a drilldown into the services behind the number.
- Top Spend by Category. The same ranking by service category, again with a drilldown.
- Service Category Breakdown. How your spend splits across service categories, for a quick read on where the money goes.
Exporting
Every report on this page exports to CSV, and most also produce a PDF, from the export control on the report page.
